Detailed knowledge of optimization procedures used in a GSM and UMTS networks
Experience with vendor specific PM
• Detailed Counter and KPI experience
• PM based fault debugging and vendor parameter tuning
Experience using tools such as OPTIMA, PrOptima, Netrac, Cognos, Business Objects etc
Experience in SQL/PL-SQL an advantage
Strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in use of MS Office tools (particularly Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
English and Spanish speaking
Remuneración: Negotiable
Contrato: Permanent/Contract
Lugar de trabajo: Madrid, Seattle, Dallas
Otros: 40% travel – Travel worldwide and support remote projects for extended period (more than 2 months)
