Australia - facilities. This technically complex and difficult project is worth billions of dollars and will run for several years. We are currently seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to provide technical support and assurance activities to both the project as well as existing assets. This involves being the technical expert for the business across both static and rotating machinery. This will be conducted on projects throughout their life cycle from concept through to commissioning. Technical and peer reviews... as well as technical workshops will also be expected of the incumbent. The successful candidate will be a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer with a number of years in the hydrocarbons sector. They will have preferably worked for the operator and will have exposure to brownfield environments. Additionally they will have experience with both static and rotating equipment.
