Puesto Key Responsibilities include:
Participating in Network Security Engineering global team:
Act as expert for the Checkpoint Provider-1 (MDS, CMA, CLM), Firewall, Bluecoat Proxies, WebSense WebFiltering, IBM/ISSX IDS, ACS authentication infrastructures. Provide engineering and 3rd level support.
Test and prepare for deployment of new release
Write SOPs and documents related to network security
Act as security consultant for other teams
Managing your own projects:
as technical project lead responsible for project management in time and quality as defined using and applying the Project Management standards as applicable.
Providing operational support and daily business:
Providing 3rd level technical support, documentation and troubleshooting related to network security.
Ensuring escalation to external providers as required
Engineer security gateways used to isolate network segment, connect to internet or third party company. This includes checkpoint firewalls, Web proxies, IDS, Web Filtering, Authentication servers.
Participating in network security strategy:
Keep up-to date with network security and propose enhancement of existing network security strategies related to topics like network security, VoIP, WLAN…
